With the wish to provide my select guests or whom i consider my friends
with a different environment, so comfortable as the exiting one at
“Un Rincocncito en Buenos Aires”– Bed & Breakfast but perhaps with a certain privacy,
I decided to remodel an annex within the same house, with an independent and exclusive entrance, through 4331 Sarmiento St,. Apartment “2”.

In this way, the persons who are lodged there can enjoy their independence. They shall have everything they need and the comfort required so that their stay is, apart from pleasant, almost homey, as in their own home.

I’ll here describe the referenced apartment that was built by my grandfather.
An Italian immigrant. Year of construction: 1925, fully recycled, but keeping the style of that period, that consist of

»One bedroom fot two persons located on the groun floor.
. Another one on the first floor for one person,
. with access through a beautiful spiral staircase

»On the ground floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen,
. a big dining-room, a bathroom, and . a beautiful ‘patio’ wich,
. beside being pleasant and cozy,
. is also sunny and all the described rooms converge on it.

»Guests have exclusive use of the mentioned rooms and places.

»The stay may not be shorter than one week or larger
. than three month.

»Free access to internet Wi Fi.

»Cleaning of the apartment, change of sheets and towels, once a week.

I remain at the disposal of my already know guests and of all those who wish
to join in my new experience.
